Incredibly nice gentleman. Brandt helped me access the sim tray that the ATT store wasn't able to help me open. He had it done in about 15 seconds. Will definitely be coming back for future phone repairs.

Quick service, fair and honest pricing. With no surprises at the cash register either! The man is experienced in his trade and that gives the customer confidence there's not gonna be a lot of smoke and mirrors in the price of his sale or service once it's finished.
